Registration Information

Welcome to Faith Formation at Holy Redeemer Parish.  Please take time to review these forms and return them as soon as possible. 

Classes will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Current catechists can register on April 14th, current families can register on April 21st during elementary and high school faith formation.  New families may turn in their paperwork in person beginning May 5th.  There will be a table at the May Crowning reception.

Registrations received after September 01, 2013 will be subject to late fees. 

Please note that registrations must be turned in to one of our faith formation staff to ensure completed packet.  Please do not drop off or mail packets, as they will not be processed until you come in for a one-on-one review with a staff person. 

After the 5th of May, you can drop of paperwork during office hours —Tuesday through Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm.

A complete registration will have:

· Registration Forms (2 pages) 

· Family Medical Release

  • · Required Signatures
  • · Payment

You will not be registered without ALL of the above.
