Faith Formation

INTRODUCTION

     Welcome to the Faith Formation Program at Holy Redeemer Catholic Parish! Our program was set up aid parents in their role as catechists and help adults continue to grow in faith. We have developed a program that offers both age specific sessions and family enrichment events throughout the year. Our age specific sessions for students PreK-5 follow a spiral curriculum. This lets students at all levels study the same topic the same week. This aids in family faith formation, as it provides families with a common ground for discussion. We also offer K4J (elementary youth group), middle school and high school classes and youth groups, sacramental preparation, and adult faith formation.

     Each year we strive to be more faith-filled, more engaged, and more dynamic with the way we live out the message of the Gospel. Thank you to all of you who help make that a reality.

• To aid parents in their role as catechists and the first teachers of the faith by offering both age specific sessions and family enrichment events throughout the year.

• To help children grow in faith and service to God.

• To help all adults continue to grow in faith and service to God.

• To be more faith-filled, more engaged, and more dynamic with the way we live out the message of the Gospel each year.
